You can use keyboard shortcuts for many operations in Synfig. You can find an overview of the default keys here: {{l|Keyboard_Shortcuts|Keyboard shortcuts}}<br>
As everyone has different workflows and preferences these keys may not fit you. Fortunately Synfig lets you change all keyframes by editing a text file.
