Pops up the {{l|Import Dialog}}. Depending on what type of file you select, you can import images, videos (through pipe ffmpeg), SVG files, {{l|ListImporter|List Importer}} (.lst) files, etc.

Pops up the Import Dialog.

From here you can import :

  • Synfig files
  • Image files.
    The images are imported with its dimension unless you have "<Menu> → <Edit> → <Preferences> → <Misc.> → Scale New imported images to fit canvas" checked
  • List files
  • Audio files
  • and .... even Videos!

Depending on what type of file you select, you can import images, videos (through pipe ffmpeg), SVG files, List Importer (.lst) files, etc.
