Rewrite preparation for 0.65
- Add toggle button to fix pixel ratio
- Add toggle button to fix resolution ratio.
- Add a label displaying the current ratio
- Move "image span box" from "image size" to "image area" section
Update screenshots and Check consistency with Render Dialog
