Rewrite preparation for 0.65 release :
- before / These are the same commands found in the Canvas Layer Menu in the Canvas Menu Caret[1], and in the context menu for the Layer Dialog.
- after / These expose the most useful layers' commands, more commands can be found in the Canvas Layer Menu from the Canvas Menu Caret[1], or in the context menu of the Layer Panel.
