Here is the first proposed draft for the new Synfig wiki look:

Actual state
This is the actual look of the wiki. Its finally implemented (the first draft was just a GIMP draw.
Actual theme includes new logo and a random top header image. There are 12 images in random cycle... but ready for more :-).
