Synfig 0.61.09 (RPM) | Synfig 0.61.09 (DEB) | Synfig 0.61.09 (TAR.BZ2) |
Suits most recent RPM-based Linux distributions (RedHat, Fedora, Mandriva). | Suits most recent Debian-based Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu). | Suits most recent Linux distributions, no requiments for package management system, highly portable, but no desktop integration. |
NOTE: If your GNU/Linux distribution already have a recent Synfig Studio package in repositories then it's preferred to use them, as the distribution maintainers take care of all the dependencies and bug fix updates. Packages above provide the quick and easy way to install and run latest Synfig Studio on most GNU/Linux systems. But because of their unified nature they have many dependent libraries included and we're unable to keep track of their bugfix updates. So installing them could be a security risk. If you have encounter any problems with those packages, report them here. |
