Rewrite preparation for 0.65

  • Add toggle button to fix pixel ratio
  • Add toggle button to fix resolution ratio.
  • Add a label displaying the current ratio
  • Move "image span box" from "image size" to "image area" section

Update screenshots and Check consistency with Render Dialog
